About this notice

Know how we hire, and how we don't

CFT Consulting Service (CFT) is a purely merit-based employer. We have seen misleading communication on various portals and emails about CFT hiring processes.

Where we announce hiring

CFT makes a formal announcement on the official website for any fresher off-campus opportunity or experienced professional hiring.

Because spoofed emails are possible, please take care to validate the authenticity of the source of any email before you respond.

If someone approaches you

If anyone fraudulently representing CFT contacts you, do not respond. Report it to contact@cftconsulting.us or reach out through the CFT Careers Serviceline.

Offers, benefits, content or instructions in such messages do not represent CFT and go against company policy. CFT does not accept liability for actions taken on spoofed communication.

CFT does not

Three things we will never do

If a message breaks any of these rules, it did not come from CFT.

Never

Use free email services

We do not send job offers from free internet email services such as Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo Mail or Hotmail.

Never

Ask for money

We do not ask you to deposit any money to give job offers to experienced professionals or fresh graduate trainees.

Never

Use agents or agencies

We do not appoint any agent, agency or company to advertise off-campus hiring, conduct interviews, or make offers of employment or benefits on our behalf.

Is your offer letter genuine?

Verify with the QR code

No PDF offer attachments Not all details in the mail body QR-verified letters

We do not share offer letters as a PDF attachment, or with all the details in the email body. As a preventive measure, CFT has protected all IT offer letters for campus and off-campus hires with a QR code-based offer verification tool. The QR code lets applicants confirm that their offer and joining letters are authentic.

Quick check

Does your message look suspicious?

Received a suspicious offer? Tell us.

CFT will not accept any liability for the actions of candidates on spoofed mails or communication.
